We want to help you (Healthcare Worker) giving you a Free Cleaning and Disinfection service for you and your family!

How do we do with our Coronavirus Free Cleaning and Disinfection Service for Healthcare Workers?

Our process includes a fogging system to make sure all surfaces are impregnated with the chemical and within 3 minutes start killing many types of viruses including SARS_CoV-2 the cause of COVID_19.

Our teams have been trained to do this process by following OSHA guidelines and with all preventive measures to guarantee our customers security as well as our team.

Since Coronavirus (COVID-19) is still novel, we are continuously consulting with the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention for up to date solutions.

Our color coding cleaning system reinforces this process as well by avoiding cross contamination.

Finally, our teams are provided the required personal protective equipment (PPE) including the N95 respirator masks that are worn at all times completing a whole cycle of required steps to have the end results for a thorough Disinfection Service.

Benefits of Disinfecting Household Surfaces:

Our product meets efficacy requirements and guidelines established by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and is registered with EPA and carry an EPA registration number on their label.

Surfaces are effectively disinfected, as instructions on product label are followed carefully.

Regular cleaning products do a good job of removing soil, but only disinfectants or disinfectant cleaners (also known as antibacterial cleaners) kill the germs that can cause many illnesses.

Surfaces like kitchen and bathroom counters, door knobs, toilet seats and children's toys may be contaminated with bacteria even when they're not visibly soiled and we meticulously cover them.

Germs can be spread to other surfaces such as curtains, furniture and high to reach areas, and with the ULV system we use, we can effectively treat these areas.

Have peace of mind knowing that your loved ones are safe at home with a DISINFECTED space.

Process:

Residence or area to be DISINFECTED has to be cleaned and prepared prior our team's arrival.

According to the CDC CLEANING does not kill germs, but by removing them, it lowers their numbers and the risk of spreading infection.

While DISINFECTING refers to using chemicals to kill germs on surfaces. This process does not necessarily clean dirty surfaces or remove germs, but by killing germs on a surface after cleaning, it can further lower the risk of spreading infection.

The term "process" as used includes cleaning and disinfecting an item or area using an appropriate and facility-approved, EPA-registered disinfectant.

Since our service is FREE of cost, we ask your assistance on having the residence cleaned, so then we can disinfect to complete the process.

Once we are in the place to disinfect, these are the steps to follow:

1.

Residents should leave all food contact items covered or inside cabinets, and leave the house. Nobody can be present on the residence while our teams do the disinfection, and can only be back until after 2 hours passed.

2.

When we arrive at the place, we lower all the equipment and place it at the entrance of the establishment, in a corner, managing that place as a clean area.

3.

We will start disinfecting from back to front, top to bottom, and right to left. The Product must make contact with all the high parts, including the air vents.

4.

When finished, we place all the equipment and materials on the opposite side of the area that is clean and proceed to disinfect and clean equipment by equipment. Organize everything and clean it including extensions, boxes, bags, mops, sticks, etc.

5.

Upon arrival at SBS headquarters, crew must re-spray the Van and all equipment with disinfectant and leave the Van closed.

6.

Once residents go back to the house, it is recommended to rinse toys that kids may bring to their mouth.

IMPORTANT ITEMS THAT OUR CREW FOLLOWS:

  • Keep hands away from face.
  • Limit contact with surfaces.
  • Change gloves if they break or are too contaminated.
  • Carry out hand hygiene after finishing and removing gloves, with soap and water, for 20 seconds.

To deliver effectively and with proper results, Star Building Services has chosen to use ULV (Ultra Low Volume) Fogging System. ULV Fogging works by compressing disinfectants through a specially designed nozzle, producing a fine cold mist or aerosol.

Our electric portable versions are ideal for indoor applications as they don't produce exhaust gases and are less noisy.

ULV fogging equipment is used predominately for the application of disinfectants, biocides, fungicides and pesticides.

The ULV fogging machines generate a fog or mist formed of Ultra Low Volume (ULV) droplets between 5-50 microns (μm) in diameter. Studies have shown that droplets of this size are ideal to tackle pathogens, vector carriers and pests.

The combo of the adjustable valve and the three (3) tornado action nozzles allow maximizing misting up to 40 feet directionally, it will be able to penetrate the crawlspaces in any space and eliminate virus or bacteria.
